Performance Measurement System

This is a process for developing balanced performance measures for divisions, departments, sections and individual functions for efficiency and effectiveness.

It is a thinking process unlike a SMART checklist of criteria and can be used to measure the performance of perceived difficult-to-measure functions such as administrative work.

The steps for establishing performance measures are:
