This is part of an integrated management system that cascades from
strategic direction setting into operational practices. It is a system
that provides the basic infrastructure for the integration of business
processes, organizational functions and roles and the value system of
the organization to work in cohesion.
The benefits of implementing such as system is that it enables a growing
organization and its subsidiaries, branches and divisions that are
geographically spread to function as a unified and consistent whole.
Inter-transferability of staff are facilitated and new members are
easily inducted into the organsiation. Besides, training all members of
the organization in the system fosters teamwork and ensures transfer of
